This is the first episode in a three-part series, looking at anxiety and mental health. This first episode features Hypno-Psychotherapist, Annette Boden M.Sc.
This episode will assume the listener knows very little, if nothing about mental health and anxiety. We'll be discussing the evolutionary purpose of anxiety, the history of its study and why it's more important now to pay attention to it than ever before. Through-out the episode, we'll look at the various types of mental health conditions, how the study of mental health has evolved and how far we've come with treatment plans such as 'Compassion.'
We'll also be looking at the more recent phenomena affecting 3 in 4 young Brits, the Quarter Life Crisis and why this occurring. Finally we'll end of what actions each individual is responsible for when taking care of their mental health.
